Information you provide
When you request free ads, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, brand name, store URL, monthly Meta ad spend, featured product, optional best-performing-ad link, optional claims or words to avoid, and your consent to receive the ads and a follow-up email. The form may also collect campaign attribution values such as UTM parameters and fbclid when they are present.
Why we use it
We use this information to receive and assess your request, prepare and send the requested sample ads, communicate about the request, understand which marketing source led to it, protect the form from abuse, and improve the site. We use email follow-up only where you have provided the form’s affirmative consent, or where another applicable permission has been established.
Website and service providers
The lead site and request data are intended to be hosted and stored through Manus hosting and database services. Additional providers are used only when the owner configures and enables them for the related purpose. Depending on the enabled setup, these may include:
- Zapier or Make to forward a submitted request to an owner-selected workflow or CRM;
- a CRM or Google Sheet to organize the free-ads queue and follow-up;
- Calendly or Cal.com to offer an optional scheduling embed after a qualified request;
- Meta, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity for optional advertising, analytics, or session-insight tools.
Optional analytics and advertising tools are not intended to load unless they are configured and the required consent has been obtained. Calendar and other external tools may process information according to their own notices when they are enabled.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site may use strictly necessary storage to operate the form and short-lived browser storage to carry a successful request to the appropriate thank-you page. Optional analytics, advertising and session-insight technologies remain off until configured and until any required consent is collected. We do not claim that a particular analytics or advertising platform is active unless it has been connected.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell form submissions. We share information with the configured service providers described above only to operate the lead flow, communicate about your request, or measure the site where consent permits. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the site, prevent abuse, or comply with a valid legal obligation.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the use of your submitted information by emailing hello@adharvest.studio. You can also ask us to stop follow-up email. We will review and respond to requests in line with the applicable requirements once the owner confirms the operating jurisdiction and retention practices.
Retention and updates
Retention periods have not yet been finalized. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain necessary records, or to meet applicable obligations. We may update this notice as the site, integrations, and operating details are finalized.
